Project Overview:
Kazema successfully designed, manufactured, and delivered a custom prefabricated open-plan room with integrated toilet and pantry, engineered as a fully self-contained solution with dedicated water and waste tanks. This project was developed to meet functional, durability, and comfort requirements suitable for UAE site conditions, providing a ready-to-use modular space with minimal site preparation.
The unit combines workspace efficiency, sanitation, and utility services within a single prefabricated structure, ensuring fast deployment, long service life, and ease of relocation.
