Built with a strong steel chassis frame and high-quality materials, this modular unit ensures durability, stability, and long-term performance in harsh UAE weather conditions.

The structure features insulated walls with fire-rated cement boards and rockwool insulation, providing thermal efficiency and safety. Its spacious five-cabin layout, along with dedicated common areas, makes it suitable for accommodating multiple users comfortably.

Equipped with an overhead 800-gallon water tank and a 1000-gallon waste tank, the unit offers complete independence from external plumbing systems. The inclusion of modern electrical fittings, ventilation systems, and efficient plumbing ensures hygiene, convenience, and ease of maintenance.
