This project involved the design, fabrication, and installation of a custom prefab two open-room structure integrated with security cabin functionality for a facility located in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah.
The client required a durable and climate-controlled modular building suitable for on-site staff use and security operations. The solution was engineered using a high-strength steel chassis frame and insulated prefab panels to ensure long-term performance in UAE weather conditions.
The structure was delivered as a fully finished, ready-to-use modular unit with electrical systems, AC installation, insulation, and interior finishing completed on-site.

Project Description
The installed unit is a Custom Prefab Two Open Room structure (6m L x 2.4m W x 2.6m H) designed to serve dual operational purposes, including workspace and security monitoring support.
The building was engineered with a reinforced steel chassis frame, constructed using tubular steel sections with full perimeter beams, central runners, and cross members. All steel components were wire-brushed and coated with protective primer to ensure corrosion resistance and durability.
